Silk wraps

When I lived in No. Va. the nail salons offered silk wraps to strengthen naturally long nails without tips. Does anyone know of any local (tri-county area) that does silk wraps?

"Should" is the operative word...but after several phone calls, it appears that some have never even HEARD of silk wraps!!!

Every salon I have been in (Southern MD) does. In Calvert, New Nails, Andy Nails, Paradise Salon, St. Mary's, California Nail, ,New Nail, and there is another that is in Calvert and St.Mary's but can't remember the name, its in the shopping center in St.Mary's with Petco etc.

I go to Xtremeties. The ONLY do silks and none of the techs use dremmels. Unfortunately, it's in northwest DC. But if you interested, the number is 202-371-1177. It's around 15th & L Street. I've been going there for years and would never go anywhere else. They do manicures, pedicures, and waxing.

thanks again for the info... I guess I was asking a bit too much of this area Thats the price I pay for living in the open country.
