This is 100% speculation. Here it goes.
Scott Speed replaces Almendinger(sp?) in Cup for Red Bull. That's car #84.
Regan Smith or Paul Menard get the boot from DEI. DEI hires Jason Leffler from Nationwide. That's car #01 or #15.
RCR moves Scott Wimmer to their 4th team and Labonte stays at Petty. RCR covers it's void in Nationwide by hiring up Cale Gale from Harvick.
Kevin Harvick, now here's where it gets tricky. Harvick hires up Matt Carter from ARCA to replace the retiring Jack Sprague. He also hires Alli Owens and Justin Allgeier to Nationwide and offers material support to their respective ARCA teams (at an obvious price).
Braun Racing covers it's loss of Jason Leffler by hiring Gabi DiCarlo from ARCA (same sponsor, same manufacturer).
However, there are some wild card drivers to drivers.
Brad Keslowski, though I think he stays with JR MOTORSPORTS and fills Mears' ride when his contract is up.
David Stremee. He turned some heads at Talladega.
Juan Pablo Montoya. I think if Gannassi releases him, and he probably will if JPM doesn't make the Chase, this is the big wild card at Childress. I've gotta admit, though, Harvick and Montoya as teammates?
THAT could be entertaining at the race shop on Mondays. 
Dario Franchitti. Does Gannassi keep him? This could be where Stremee comes back into play.
Danica Patrick. WWJD = What Will Jack Do?
