Does anyone know if Target carries them, or anywhere else locally? Amazon has a bunch, but shipping is about $6. Does anyone have one and love it?

I am so very blessed
I like mine, too, but I find that I use my old reliable parchment paper more than the silpat. Parchment paper is incredibly cheap, easy to get, and you odn't have to wash it when you're done using it!

The Silpat is going to be a Christmas present for someone. If it were me, I'd use non-stick spray.

I went looking for it last year around this time and the only place that had it was McKay's in Wildewood, although the other stores could have merely been out of stock of it.

I agree with BG - parchment paper is the way to go. :yay:

Wal Mart carries parchment paper in the same isle that the plastic wrap and tin foil are in. It's on a roll like wax paper. I get my parchment through a restaurant and get it in bulk, it's a lot cheaper and lasts a long time. It comes in sheet pan size and I cut mine in half for the half sheet pans I use and if I have to, I cut some circles and use it in cake pans. I love the ease of cleaning up by throwing out the paper.
