Yesterday I had queso that was just Velveeta with a can of Rotel mixed in. I'd forgotten how good that simple little 2-ingredient dip is. So here are two more simple recipes that taste amazing:

Nutella Brownies
1 1/4 cup Nutella
2 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Mix together and pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 mins.

Individual Nutella Souffles
2 eggs
1/2 cup Nutella

Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with the Nutella until well blended. Whip the whites until stiff peaks form. Mix 1/3 of the whites into the Nutella blend, then fold in the rest of the whites. (The reason you do it like that is because blending in a little white first makes it easier to fold in the rest and not lose your foam.) Spoon into buttered ramekins (makes 2 large servings or 4 small ones) and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until they rise up and look like souffles.

Is this the beginning of a Foodie tred?

I'll have to try the Nutella brownies. My girls love that stuff. I wish it was a little cheaper. It's usually gone in a few days.

I know this is going to horrify a lot of folks but here goes anyway.

Take a can of asparagus. Heat it up then with a nutribullet puree it thoroughly. Finish it off with a bit of cream. Voila, cream of asparagus soup. Before you go bleh, try it once.

I'd totally try this. And I'd toss in a tiny entsy smidgen of roasted pumpkin oil to finish it off.

Doesn't it go boom all over the kitchen? And doesn't the can kind of ruin the blender?

I've got no kitchen, so this is an experiment easy food.

Cup of uncooked elbow noodles into a deep baking dish. Add a can of tomato soup, one and a half cans of water, some cooked ground beef (thank goodness for the BBQ grill with the side burner...) season, and into the toaster oven @350 for an hour. Well see how it goes!

Increase cook time by 15 min.

I found this on Pinterest. I've made it several times.

1 1oz Envelope Taco Seasoning
6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
1 16oz jar Salsa

Dump all ingredients into a crockpot and give it a little stir to blend the seasoning with the salsa. You do not need to add any water to the taco seasoning. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. When done, the chicken should shred easily when stirred with a fork.
