Yesterday I had queso that was just Velveeta with a can of Rotel mixed in. I'd forgotten how good that simple little 2-ingredient dip is. So here are two more simple recipes that taste amazing:
Nutella Brownies
1 1/4 cup Nutella
2 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Mix together and pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 mins.
Individual Nutella Souffles
2 eggs
1/2 cup Nutella
Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with the Nutella until well blended. Whip the whites until stiff peaks form. Mix 1/3 of the whites into the Nutella blend, then fold in the rest of the whites. (The reason you do it like that is because blending in a little white first makes it easier to fold in the rest and not lose your foam.) Spoon into buttered ramekins (makes 2 large servings or 4 small ones) and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until they rise up and look like souffles.
