Sirius Users: Question?

NeonImpact

How You Doing?
So I've been looking to subscribe back to Sirius like I was in 2004-2005.

I found my unit, plugged it in and surprisingly it still works. When I disconnected in 2005, apparently this did not affect me.

Common sense is telling me to call Sirius and let them know, and then see what they have to offer me for coming back.

But my question is have any of you had something like this happen with you?

Thanks

I bought an '05 Chrysler last year from Carmax. I've had free Sirius all this time. :dude:

Trust me, I'm not complaining of the free service but I didn't know if they might sneak something in on me as well. :jameo:

That card is expired.

I should prolly call :lmao:

We had to have my card changed due to someone charging something to it over the internet that was not me. So when we did that I called them with the new number because we suddenly got a notice that they were going to turn me off if I didn't pay. So I called and explained and gave them my new debit card number. A month later I got the same dang notice. I was like wtf? So I called again and explained again and they finally got it right. The idiots!

So I called but they said I'm one of the lucky people out there that got this specific receiver that they can't ping into and cancel the service on.

Sirius told me to hang up and act like we never talked :killingme

Sirius for life!

When I moved into my first place I had Metrocast. I told them I only wanted the basic (channel 2-13 or something). I was poor but had to have tv. I discovered that they gave me all the channels and I even had HBO. My bill was only $13/month and I never called to have them fix their error. I'm going to hell.

Well don't worry. Metrocast is already there waiting to hook you up!

Mine was used, does that make a difference?

It just means whoever owned the car before forgot to cancel their subscription, and they don't pay close enough attention to their checking account or Sirius account to realize they are still paying for your radio.
