'skimmers' found on ATMS

Saw this on another forum and though I would post it here as well for any of you folks that might go up to Delaware. Also something to look for around here to I guess. If the ATM you are using looks odd, Be wary.

I remember a scam like that 2-3 years ago. Same setup. Don't remember where it happened.

I got to remember that one,, gives a good reason to carry other than my drivers license.
