As expected, he got those 2 yrs in, now they can dump him but they didn't think it through that there was no way Harris would get 10 yrs at the helm.

You could be on to something. They tried their best to keep control of the govt, so without it they don't need Joe. They also know with more & more of his dumb actions he is becoming a liability to hold the office. So give Harris a try and bring in a strong VP to run in 24 once she fails.
