Don't know if anyone on here will know what I'm talking about or not, but figured worth a try. I remember a LONG time ago, when I was a kid, seeing a sign on Skyline Dr right near the entrance to one of the trails, that in the 1930's or 40's, there was a car on the road, that ran off the road, and thesign basically told the story and said that the trail led to the old crash site where the car was supposed to still be. Anyone familiar with that trail? I would personally love to go there and walk that trail, I love mountain hiking and just think that would be an interesting site to walk to, but can't remember the exact location of the trail on Skyline Dr now, all I remember is it was somewhere near the Luray entrance to Skyline Dr. Thanks.
