ATTENTION HORSE LOVERS!
St Mary’s Animal Welfare League (SMAWL) is having its 2nd Annual Animal Fair at the St Mary’s County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 13 from 9 AM to 3 PM. The Snowflake Society, SMAWL’s newest division formed to address the needs of the horse and hoofed animals of our community, will be handling the equine component of the Fair.
This year's events will include a Pet Parade, Pet Blessing, and Parade of Breeds. All animals are welcome to join the Pet Parade and Blessing. We will also have various animal demonstrations, exhibits and speakers, crafts, food vendors, pet shows and contests, music, lots of children's activities, a silent auction and more. Vendor space will be available for $25 each.
If you are interested in participating in the Fair, donating to the silent auction or have any questions, please contact dmratcliff@gmpexpress.net.
Fair sponsorships range from $100 to $1000. For more information regarding sponsorship contact bernsm@erols.com.

Yes, there is more than one person working on the equine events. There will be only one Parade of Breeds. Hope this clears up the confusion.
