Looks like the Sound MAX Driver or some related App.

smax4pnp.exe Windows process - What is it?

you can use processor explorer to look @ any running process and the google it:

:eyebrow: It used to be a google search, I see since M$ bought Systernals / Winternals the default search engine, when you right click a process has changed to MSN Search ..... sneaky bastards:whistle:
