I heard that too. The perpetrators have reportedly been traced to a shadowy group residing somewhere in the Scotland/Ridge area.

Hasn't this been going on for months? The reason it's not fixed is because they don't want it fixed. In fact, it's probably not broken at all; it's been shut down purposely.
