I'm convinced all that stuff is crap. Sunblock is your #1 best defense; every single day under your makeup. Take care of your skin. Even if you haven't in the past you're still young enough to start. My mom's best friend is an astetician (sp?), I was schooled in skincare early. I don't have the skin of a 30 year old. My mom has always taken super care of her skin and her skin is amazing for being almost 60. Don't over do it and irritate your skin. Push your skin in the opposite direction that it wrinkles for at least a couple minutes daily. I love this stuff but it's super pricey. http://www.jurlique.com/icat/skin_care_va

Look on the bright side:

Wrinkles only go where the smiles have been.

Let bitter angry people recognize your smile lines for what they are and then think how much better off you are. Then again I'm a guy but I have great smile lines.
