"Travel" contains 6 galleries with 908 photos?Does anyone, even you, know what all is in there?
Tip 1: limit, limit, limit. The better you can discipline yourself to present only your best work, the better impression a viewer will have.
So your recommendation is to only post a few pictures but to label all of them so anyone looking at them knows where the picture was taken?

I wasn't recommending that, but sure. The only information you would need is the location - allow the image itself to impress.

I actually work for SmugMug and just wanted to let you know about keywords. They can really, really help you and your guests keep track of your photos. Also keywords are searchable on Google if you have the correct Hello World settings.

Haha, well I had my laptop with me...but the wifi was down. Slackers! So, I had to deal with 3G. Oh, and don't even get me started on the screw-ups by the service people.
