Light Snow Will Move Into The Area Within An Hour Or Two Of 9 Pm
This Evening. One To Two Inches Of Snow Are Expected For All Of
The Region South And West Of Baltimore City... Including Baltimore
City And The Washington Metro Area. Furthest To The Southwest...
Around Charlottesville... Staunton... And Harrisonburg... 3 To 5
Inches Of Snow Are Expected. Snow Will Exit The Region Within A
Couple Hours Of 5 Am. Due To The Cold Conditions...this Will Be A
Light And Relatively Dry Snow.

A Snow Advisory Means That Periods Of Snow Will Cause Primarily
Travel Difficulties. Be Prepared For Snow Covered Roads And
Limited Visibilities...and Use Caution While Driving.

I have been working today with NOAA all day. I did not have time to come on here. Anyway the Snow advisory is not in effect yet until 7:00 PM. So i got it to all of you before that.

St. Mary's County could get atleast 1-3 inches. We will during the night get a heavy set of snow which would be between Midnight and 3 AM.

Eastern Shore Including The Chesapeake Bay And East Of Garrett
County...eastern West Virginia...northern And Central Virginia...
Washington Dc And The Tidal Potomac River.

.day One...this Afternoon And Tonight

A Snow Advisory Has Been Issued For The Area With The Exception Of
The Northern Tier Of Maryland East Of Frederick County. An Area
Of Low Pressure Will Move Across Southern Virginia Tonight And
Offshore By Wednesday Morning. This System Will Likely Bring Snow
To The Region Tonight. Less Than An Inch Expected For The Northern
Tier Of Maryland From Frederick County East. One To Two Inches Are
Expected For Much Of The Region Including Washington And
Baltimore... Three To Five Inches Are Expected Over West Central
Virginia And The Southern Part Of The Eastern West Virginia
Panhandle.
