Well, our first fearmongerers are out!

Ummm, its almost winter.
It's cold
Precipitation happens
On Thursday, the European model (what the HELL is a European model and why do we care), says we may get some precipitation west of the moun-ains. (weather girls have dropped the T in mountains).
WBAL is reporting I-95 may get some ice.

Lets close Starbucks, hospitals, all major highways (American and the European models), in an over abundance of caution!!! Seniors and minorities will suffer more!!!!!!

So, is this like a parallel of the WuHahn or flu scare tactic?

I'm ready for it.

Go ahead, close the roads.

More room out there for me to cut doughnuts and power slides.

That's how I learned to drive. Wait for the foul weather and push the car to it's limits. Best teaching classroom there is.
I bought a 4X4 Silverado in 1996. Didn't snow for a couple of years. When it did, I had a blast on the field in back of my house. So much fun and my little kids thought mommy was cray cray. After that I was the "essential personnel" for work. I was fearless. Good times.

The kids can work from home on the school laptops. They really worked out nicely, didn't they? Snow days will never be the same (lol)!
