Alright, this seems like a dumb question, but I've been trying to find the answer online, and none of the places I've seen give a definitive answer.
Is there any REAL difference between snow peas and regular peas, when they are immature? The peas I have growing in my garden are getting round and fat - but the immature ones look just like snow peas - just like you see in Chinese foods. Online answers really don't say there's a difference.
Anyone?
