I don’t go to waldorph often but I needed to drop the car at the dealership for a recall.
It was lunchtime.
Wendy’s was open but although the employees had colorful hair and slovenly attitude, never ordered food even, I then stopped at Panera. Greeted, quickly served, thanked by the staff ....
How can that be?????

Panera is a quality place to work for, and it shows in their employee's work ethic? And/or, each attract a different clientele? Maybe Wendy's doesn't have the beef anymore to get excited about? So their employee's moral is low and is reflected in their service? Just spit-balling here.
