I drove through Hanover Pa. this morning. You know, the potato chip factory in the heart of America.
Anyway, like many old cities, things are changing. There's 126 tattoo parlors, El Casa de Hombre' cuisine eateries on each corner and a Dollar store with 12 dollar stores within a Dollar General.
But Mexican and Puerto Rico banners? 17 kids of Hispanic heritage hanging off balconies???
What happened?
