So I drop my child off....

Today is my little guy's first day at kindergarten in his new Catholic school in NJ. All the parents had to stand behind the bike racks while the kids lined up. So there I am with the other mommies, in my grey-green business suit, heels, and crisp white blouse (everyone else in jeans and tennies). One of the nuns came over smiling "I just had to come over. I stood across the way wondering What is Sister Anne doing standing over there with the parents - until I realized you WERE a parent."

I am not quite sure how I feel about that. :dead:

Did you have horse do do on your shoe

No, I actually looked nice, washed off the horse slobber and everything for my kid's first day, and I get mistook for a nun.

*sigh*

Hey take it as a compliment. You were dressed conservatively. At our open house I swear there were four moms dressed as strippers.
