and what does this have to do with a dog you ask?

Well, after walking home about a mile, in 30 degree drizzle, I came home to another mess. Though this one was comparatively less of a mess than some that I have experienced, it was still not what I wanted to come home to.

My dog had gotten into my laptop bag and ate two apples, about a half dozen Cepacol throat lozenges, and a deck of playing cards. Now when I say ate, I don't mean that she tore the chit up. I mean she ATE this stuff. Not too bad, till I saw the mes under the TV. Yep, I was scubbing carpets while quite intoxicated at 4am. Oh the fun we had.

Where's Pete at? He usually comes up with some pretty good scenarios concerning my dog and her activities while I'm away.

It sounds like Daisy needs some loving. :roflmao:

Hopefully, Daisy knows that apples will give her the craps.

I hope her throat is feeling better. :lmao:

After hearing some of the stories surrounding Miss Daisy, I have to ask...are there any goats in her lineage?

Hey PT - don't you ever feed Daisy anything but junk food?

The other day, I had left a can of dog food on the counter. I went to the bathroom and when I came out it was on the living room floor. Now, I had just fed her and the can was basically empty. It wasn't enough for her to lick it out, she tried to eat the can too. It was FULL of holes. It looked like some one had been shooting at it with a shotgun. And that only took about 90 seconds. She is unbelievable.

I don't know if she knows that apples gives her the craps or not. My money is on "not". She hasn't learned that a loaf of wheat bread will do it, so I doubt that she'll make the connection with apples.
