The building was halfway demolished yesterday. Didn't look they were trying to save and recycle any materials - just crunch and dump.
Can't imagine how many slurpees 7-11 is going to have to sell to pay for demolition and building new.

A 7-11? Those things usually crap profit so whatever the demo and rebuild cost is will end up being rounding error. It would be even more profitable if it was a WaWa or Sheetz.

Why hasn't Royal Farms, a Maryland company, established a beachhead down here?

Was this by the Days Off Deli?? Didn't this replace a McDonalds a few years ago and was mostly a new building??
