The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured. On March 14, 2018, both individuals were at the Kohl’s store located on Lexington Village Way, in California. The black male suspect pictured, tried on a pair of athletic shoes, and then proceeded to exit the store, without paying for the shoes.

On February 25, 2018, at the Walmart store, located on Miramar Way, in California, the suspect was observed in the men’s room. The suspect was reportedly looking over an occupied bathroom stall while holding his cellphone.

On February 24, 2018, the individual attempted to leave the Walmart store located on Miramar Way, in California, with a cart full of camping merchandise that had not been purchased. When confronted, the suspect fled the store.

WaWa Hit and Run

The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On March 30, 2018, the individual pictured was operating a red vehicle in the parking lot of the Wawa store, located on Three Notch Road, in California, when he struck another vehicle causing damage to the victim’s vehicle. After striking the vehicle, the suspect left the scene.

The suspects left the area in a blue SUV driven by the female suspect.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the individual pictured. On April 16, 2018, the suspect entered the Hobby Lobby store located on Alton Lane, in California, and gave the cashier a $100 bill to purchase a candy bar. While the cashier was conducting the transaction the suspect then presented the cashier with change, and during the encounter, the suspect was able to take back the $100, and ultimately left the store with the $100 bill, as well as change for the $100. Shortly after this incident, the suspect went to another business and used the same scam to steal money.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the individual pictured. On April 16, 2018, the suspect entered Buffalo Wild Wings, located on Lexington Village Way, in Lexington Park, and presented the employee with a $100 bill to purchase a small item. While the employee was conducting the transaction, the suspect presented the employee with additional change, and was able to remove the $100 bill from the counter. The suspect ultimately left the business with the initial $100 as well as change for the $100. The suspect had also used this scam earlier at another business in St. Mary’s County.

On March 2, 2018, the suspect entered the Lowes store at Worth Avenue in California, and took a sink out of a box and removed it from its display. The suspect then took the sink to the lumber counter to fraudulently return the item for cash using a receipt from a previous purchase.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the individual operating the pictured vehicle. On February 7, 2018, the individual operating a gold Hyundai Elantra, drove up alongside the victim, and exposed himself, in the parking lot of the Wildewood Shopping Center located on Three Notch Road, in California. The suspect is a black male approximately 40 years of age, bald, with a stocky build, and at the time of this incident the suspect was wearing khaki pants.

Kelson is currently wanted for Escape 2nd Degree, due to violating the terms of his pre-trial release; his original charge was Burglary 2nd Degree. Kelson is a black male, 6’3” in height, and weighs 250 pounds.
