So what comfort foods did you make for your snow day?

Banana/blueberry protein muffins. But wasn't thinking 'comfort food'... now I want a sweet potato... that is my favorite comfort food.

I had Progresso clam chowder with a crusty buttered roll. I'm pretty comforted right now.

I'll have a meatball sub for dinner.

I've got a couple of chicken thighs defrosting, baby bellas, onion, and sherry. I think I'll concoct something with that.
