Would you drag along a bunch of worthless loved ones or would you assemble a survival team?
In a survival situation, firearm selection is going to be very important. You can store a bunch of .22 ammo and it doesn't take up a lot of space. But it lacks knock down power. Rifle or pistol? If you'll be getting jiggy in close quarters, a rifle would be pretty useless. A shotgun would be a good choice in that situation. But which size shot? If you get a pistol which would perform better, a revolver or a semi auto? A 6 shooter won't jam but then again you have only 6 shots. And reloading takes a while.Me, my German Sheppard, My AR14`s, my 357,my 40, my 45, my shotguns, my 381,and my 9M, plenty of food/water/fuel, beer, and of course ammo
So I guess it's best to have a variety. Bonus if several of them use the same ammo.
Likewise. 357s (Revolver and Rifle) and 9mm S&W and Marlin Carbine. ( Bonus: they share the same Mags too. )Agreed. I have two rifle/pistol combinations that share the same ammo.
Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo-doo, here comes the sun...and maybe gasoline.
