Definitely my husband because he's the one with all the guns. He had designated guns for each member of the family to use if the sh*t hits the fans. My sons are on the team too because they shoot better than me.

In a survival situation, firearm selection is going to be very important. You can store a bunch of .22 ammo and it doesn't take up a lot of space. But it lacks knock down power. Rifle or pistol? If you'll be getting jiggy in close quarters, a rifle would be pretty useless. A shotgun would be a good choice in that situation. But which size shot? If you get a pistol which would perform better, a revolver or a semi auto? A 6 shooter won't jam but then again you have only 6 shots. And reloading takes a while.

So I guess it's best to have a variety. Bonus if several of them use the same ammo.

There are four of us living here at the island compound. All four very proficient with firearms, of which we have no shortage. Enough food to last several months without ever leaving. I think that's going to remain the extent of our team.

I'm worried about the Corona supply though...and maybe gasoline.

My two are .45 Colt (lever gun and revolver) and 7.62 x 25 (*** gun and M57 semi pistol). A revolver from BFR, chambered in .50 Beo is on my wish list, to go with my .50 Beo AR-15. ;-)
