We should outlaw jeans with pockets since pockets make it easy for people to steal things. Now, you should be required to carry your money in your hand so a criminal can easily steal it to help prevent criminals from stealing things.

If I ever needed to take a sum of money somewhere, to say buy a used car or a motorcycle I'd want one of these compartments in my car so the cops don't confiscate it during a roadside stop...

Or maybe this guy was planning for the future and this was how he was going to get rhe Sugar home from the blackmarket... or the penicillin home for his kids..

You're allowed to customize YOUR car, hidden compartments or not.. MAYBE he is a drug dealer, MAYBE.. and I would sure hope they can find some residue in the compartment to prove it.. otherwise he needs to go home.
