I would LOVE to live in denial...that ideologies cannot prevail against founding principles of faith. However, I have slowly adopted a more 'Eastern" attitude,...borrowing the warped version of Wu Wei. The element I can now appreciate is NOT to take action in an attempt to stop something that appears inevitable. It is better to simply watch it collapse....because that is what the natural outcome would be. (AND I want the people who are destroying it to feel the full consequences of their stupid ideas.) It gives a measure of comfort to those who have a passion to try to save a collapsing institution/county/community/school/church/.....when they realize their efforts are unappreciated and futile. Let it go..... Wu Wei.
