What makes a great football team? Or should I say great speach writers? This reminds me of the greatest line by Marv Levy,So. Now your gonna be like Tom Landry..'Can't win the big one"...Marv said "That man flew B-29s in WW2, don't tell he can't win the big one!

Pressure under fire, done this before. These are the things I'd want in a young MD.
