Started off with running my oldest to get 4 stitches in his head friday afternoon...(he takes after his mommy)
Went crabbing all day sat then ate crabs sat night :yummy: sunday went to the folks; did the hot dog/ fireworks thing there and then spent all day yesterday washing and waxing our cars and dogs (minus the wax)

Friday I went to the River Concert. Saturday/Sunday I did yard/auto work. Monday some friends and I stole another friend's boat (he's out of town) and went to some beach near Clarke's Landing (forgot the name), hung out and watched the Solomons fireworks.

Friday went to dinner with C for my B-day dinner, Saturday spent all day with Allycat went to Target got stuff for my B party, had nails and feet done, Then went to the Green door Saturday night, Sunday I stayed around the house and cleaned went to see C at work, Monday C surprised me with him coming home went to my moms for crabs and Ice cream cake, Went to the fire house on base to visit then stayed on base and watch the Solomons fire works.

Saturday: Did laundry and worked on a model of a WWII Liberty Ship
Sunday: More laundry and housecleaning, to the Mrs. and Lenny da Wag for a ride in the 2-seater. Got sunburned.
Monday: Messed around on the computer, folded a little laundry, cut the grass, and did fireworks right here.

Happy @*%^$ Holidays.
I went to a cookout where the only people I knew were my two aliens and my son's teenage friends. The hosts were VERY rude; so in retaliation, I gorged myself on their crabs and a couple of their beers and had a great time in spite of their poor hosting skills. 
Then I grabbed 4 kids and headed to the fairgrounds. I had HOPED to never see these people again.. but damned if they didn't also have the same idea and sit right with us.

-Took boy to see Herbie movie.
-Dropped boy off to other parent.
-Went to forumite cookout. Ended up on secluded beach with forumites and explosives.
Sunday:
-Went and saw War of The Worlds
Monday:
-Fishing on the bay. (Boy caught first fish
)
-Went and witnessed Buddy Lee's annihilation of the planet fireworks display. (btw, I am still blind and deaf on the left side)
also.............
(I don't know which was more exhausting, being on the bay on a boat half the day getting baked by the sun ORRRRRRRRRRR donating a quart and a half of blood to the local mosquito population of buddy lees neighborhood...
All in all.. I had a ####in blast this weekend!!! I would like to thank the forumites that invited me to their homes over the weekend!

All in all.. I had a ####in blast this weekend!!! I would like to thank the forumites that invited me to their homes over the weekend!
Spent the weekend in VA.. Have all four of my dogs again, so hit Reston dog park, Duke St. dog park and such.... and other canine related activities... Then was able to focus on the fun adult stuff - The human side of Reston, Kingstowne, Alexandria/Springfield and Old Town.
was able to find a few unfindable beers at the markets and hit a few pubs and breweries - Pat Troy's, Kate's, Murphy's and Founders - to make him sleep very well at night... The furry kids were brought home treats from the dog bakeries. And I was able to bring back some new teas and coffee enhancements and a brown betty! Oh, and!!! A deep tissue shiatsu neck messager from Discovery Zone.

Saturday morning... waited around

Saturday - golf noon to 430 with a couple forumites(one can only handle half a beer
). Cookout, beach and fireworks Saturday night(beware of the goose)
Sunday - yardwork, dinner at Traders in Ches.Beach, watched fireworks in front of Rod-n-Reel(sucked, they had probs with one of the barges that was shooting off the fireworks)
