Social Worker: Post-Placement Reports

I'm looking to see if there's anyone LOCAL who is a licensed social worker and is able to conduct post-placement reports for adoptions.

I've found several in Maryland, but they're all pretty far away. It'd be much better if someone in Southern Maryland could do it.

Any information would be appreciated.
