The break was in almost the same place as the break last week. The contractor's excuse last week was that the gas line wasn't on the chart they got from Miss Utility. I don't think the same excuse is gonna fly this time. SMECO has issued a statement that they're gonna put the undergrounding contract on hold until they investigate to see who screwed up.
