I would think the odds are very good
Hang out in an apartment complex after dark and odds are somebody will either leave for their caq or return to their apartment.

ARMED ROBBERY: Shortly before midnight on Monday, Jan. 15, a female victim was walking in the area of Hilton Drive, Lexington Park when she was approached by four black males. One suspect placed a gun to her head and took her purse. The suspects fled the area after getting into a nearby vehicle. Detectives are investigating.


Makes me feel safe, it happened right outside my apartment.

Most people are whiners, they dont realize how long the buildings have been here. And no security gaurds, there really havent been that many problems before. But now it seems like this stuff is happening all over.

hi ...I am the manager at the greens at Hilton Run and have been for 3 months....we do have a federal cop that lives on site and issues quite a bit of citations. Residents need to be rsponsible for their own actions as well...if you have people who let people live with you and they are not on the lease and mad criminals at that....what do you expect will happen. I find it interesting that you all have something to say and say you live here...funny thing...I havent heard from any of you of your ongoing complaints...I live here and have for over a year and love it...There is crime anywhere you live that is a multi family dwelling. So easy to say what is wrong ...how about all the positve changes.....there are toomany too count i guess....also people who have been posting on apartment ratings do so after they are evicted for not paying rent...what are the odds they are unhappy...we have a great complex and great apartments, great staff...and only moving forward...

I have lived here for a year and a half and most little stuff i dont really care about, but i do think it is time to get a few security gaurds on the payroll.

yes we do offer a discount...until the trash is out of the property it wont improve....from september 05 to september 06 we had a local sheriff that lived here as well....statiscically if u look at what happens here it is so minor. residents dont want to participate either. SO until the community is involved and not by email in person making an effort how will things improve. Action moves things.

Where does he write citations and for what?
As manager after something like this happens in your complex what actions do you take? Maybe an open meeting with residents to imform them of safety precautions they could take? Possibly pass out flyers to let everyone know what is happening and how they can protect themselves?
