yes we do offer a discount...until the trash is out of the property it wont improve....from september 05 to september 06 we had a local sheriff that lived here as well....statiscically if u look at what happens here it is so minor. residents dont want to participate either. SO until the community is involved and not by email in person making an effort how will things improve. Action moves things.

I think that's part of the point. It's not a bad area. Maybe a little noisy at times, but she felt safe enough to be by herself at night.

As manager after something like this happens in your complex what actions do you take? Maybe an open meeting with residents to imform them of safety precautions they could take? Possibly pass out flyers to let everyone know what is happening and how they can protect themselves?

I agree with that, some people in the building where it happened dont even know what happened.

Kid, someone doesnt like you very much. I think if you had security guards that were armed it would mean a big difference. Then again local cops wont do much, at least where I moved from, they had cameras, and the entrance had a guard shack. Which is VERY NICE

yes the act itself might have been reported to the general public but being that we are a private property I have seen the police report...also I find it strange that the victim has not even come or called the office. I would love to do more for this community but seems like residents want action and results now...but it is a team effort...I would need manpower to pass out flyers to rally the residents to at least come to one meeting and attempt to make a plan. The clubhouse is getting renovated this week but next week i would love to have a meeting and talk about alot of topics....but i dont have the manpower or time to get out 328 flyers...any volunteers....

So what are the 'facts'?
I know that a woman was robbed at the apartments mentioned and that in itself is pretty damn bad for your business....
so how do you change/make it better?

Glad they got them, I didn't know that. I don't think they knew which apt. to go to though. Otherwise why were they knocking on all the doors?
