I have seen a dog in our hood the last couple of weeks.. Coloring and size of a wolf, no collar, walks around with it's tail between it's legs like a wild dog, but does not seem to be scared of, or interested in people. Not sure if the face is right for a wolf, but everything else it.

He walked by the boy and I yesterday when we were on the tractor, kept his eye on us as he was going by, but didn't approach.

possiblities?

We use to have packs of dogs a few years back running that area....Be careful...We had a fox at the back of my pasture and when i first saw it I thought it was a german shepard. As the bf was taking the tractor down that way the fox never ran he faced the tractor longer than I thought it would. He was the biggest I had ever seen. Poor animals are losing thier habitat and they are getting braver. Maybe the one you saw was just lost and scared...I have never heard of wolves around our area....I have stray dogs come through my field all the time...I have a bb gun ready for them now if they get to close...I had one growl at me one day.....

She's a huskie (spelling?). New adoptee by a woman in Ridge, the dog escaped, and is scared of everybody. The dog goes by the name of Haley. There is a flyer up at Raley's grocery store. If you can catch her, she wants her back, I guess so she can take her back to the shelter....
