While driveing up 235 international raceway today I noticed a backhoe upside down in frount of the bowling alley on 235 how is this possible on a paved highway and flat land and I noticed a lot of mexicans scraching their heads.:shrug:

These are the folks MOM wants to give driver's licenses to. They cant even handle a backhoe at 20 mph and MoM wants to give them licenses.

I drove by that yesterday after the red car was gone, but before they strapped the cable to it and started dragging it down the street.
Did it fall off of something, or tip over while being driven?
Says he was driving too fast. They've been working on all the intesections in that area and they are always doing some dumb a$$ thing or another.
