Someone bowled a strike on a backhoe

While driveing up 235 international raceway today I noticed a backhoe upside down in frount of the bowling alley on 235 how is this possible on a paved highway and flat land and I noticed a lot of mexicans scraching their heads.:shrug:

It was on its right side. Looked like it ran up over the curb (southbound lane) and maybe lost its balance or something. This was lunch time today

Well the red SUV had California plates on it, so maybe the Mexican backhoe driver intended on hitting the vehicle with his amigos in it resulting in a lawsuit. That's my conspiracy theory and I'm sticking to it.
