Someone decided to turn around on the Thomas Johnson bridge

Yep you read that right, pulled at 90 degrees, back a forth a few times blocking traffic to do a complete turn around.

I've seen that before on GMR and RT 235, but never on the bridge.

I did a double take on the pic cuz she drives a white car similar to that and she was, at that moment, down in that area..tho on the Calvert side.
