I hope it's someone other than Smithers, because he's too obvious a choice. Making him gay would rob the Burns/Smithers relationship (I can't believe I wrote that phrase) of much of its comic ridiculousness. He's funnier as simply the ultimate sycophant.
How about Patty Bouvier? I think there have been some hints. But I suspect she will continue to choose lifelong celibacy, while Selma will continue to have lifetime celibacy thrust upon her.
