Someone who wants a Mini

hey there...I think I recall a thread a few months or so back about someone stating that their neighbor said they were going to get a mini and it was stated in these posts not to sell them one. Can anyone rememebr this and please get with me about it? Thanks!

It was my neighbor and I most certainly will discuss the situation with anyone they are approaching to purchase a mini.
