Just graduated from my learning bike (250 Honda Rebel) to a 650 Yamaha V-star. Just go my license last April and couldn't ride for a few months due to an unfortunate little accident.

Looking at getting another bike in the Spring, but not sure what I want yet so I'll have to try different ones out. I do want to try the Sportster, the 1200, along with a few other Harleys. I need a bike where the weight is more evenly distributed and it has to sit low because I'm 5'3 on a good day.

I don't blame ya, most Harley riders that test ride a BMW never go back to Harley.

BUT seriously if you want to find a nice used Harley you should come with me.. I think they had 5 or 6 on their showroom floor last time I was there, and they'll let you test ride 'em too!! I'd put money on it that they are cheaper there than at a Harley Dealer.

WOW, beautiful for almost 30 year old bikes.. hell they'd be beautiful if they were new.

Listen, little Missy, the 250 is too slow and small now. The 650 I love, but we're thinking more power. I'm really doing okay now. 1bdz will assure you it's not me anymore.
