I was listening to an african american radio lady yesterday talking about her and saying how at different levels of work you need to command respect, and dress attire is one way of commanding respect, hard to respect someone showing up as your boss in slippers. Apparently, according to her, she was coming into work in sweats and often wearing Mickey Mouse house slippers... if she wanted respect she should have dressed more respectful :shrug:
