kidnapping.......

So, his amount of fundeing was large enough that he was in the credits. And the articles are everywhere. But here's whats odd.

No details. I just have looked over five or six articles. Not one says who the kids were or what the situation was. And I find that odd.

I saw yesterday that a white mother was called out by an airline (SW?) because she was traveling with her biracial daughter.

Did anyone seriously think the pedos would not fight back?

No but I underestimated how many there are and how powerful they are and how devoted their cult members are.

Think about people who victimize children. They have no pity, no compassion, no remorse. They are literally capable of anything and people like that scare the sh*t out of me. They're exactly like the glassy eyed Nazis torturing and killing Jewish children.

All those freaking Hollyweirds cheering on Roman Polanski - Whoopi Goldberg right on TV saying that the drugging and violent rape of that young girl wasn't "rape rape", and that bitch still has her job. Misgender someone and you're banished, but praise child rape and you're a hero.

This country is so ****ed up.

One should never underestimate the perfidy, hypocrisy ,treachery or downright low classed intentions of a Democrat, Hollywood liberal or a journalist.

I feel like there has to be more to this story. It's not like mixed race families are rare, and seeing a single white women with a black child is definitely not unusual, even in Denver. Maybe they were "acting suspicious" (daughter cowering in her seat, mother answering any questions directed at the child) because unless it was that flight attendants first day on the job she would have seen a lot of this. Not that acting "suspicious" would be grounds for calling law enforcement, but it at least gives us an actual explanation where the race card really doesn't make sense.

If you watch TV ads you'd think its very common. that 50% of couples are mixed race and the other 50% is gay.

Oh good, so it's not just me. It seems odd that a flight attendant would be suspicious of a mother/daughter combo simply because they're of different races.

Same.

They say the AVERAGE donation is $501 dollars. That has morphed into HE gave $501 dollars. That may or may not be true, but it never stopped the media from inserting their own facts.

What I did find that he is the landlord of a woman with a child who is involved with the woman's aunt in a custody dispute (New York Post (1)). It sure sounds like a white knight situation gone bad.

Even at the Missouri Courts website (a findlaw type site), there is scant information to go on.

If you look, though, he was arrested on a class A felony. And was subsequently OR'ed (as our leftist know, that means Own Recognizance).

Pretty strange to be OR'ed when the cash bond is 10% of $15,000.00; at least I think it is. You can find that under the Docket Entries tab.

Under Charges, Judgements, and Sentences tab, you can google Felony A RSMo: 565.115, which is what he's charged with. Pick an entry that comes up. I picked this one:
"
565.115. Child kidnapping — penalty. — 1. A person commits the offense of child kidnapping if he or she is not a relative of the child within the third degree and, knowing he or she has no right to do so, removes a child under the age of fourteen without consent of the child's parents or guardian, or confines such child for a substantial period of time without such consent.

2. In determining whether the child was removed or confined unlawfully, it is an affirmative defense that the person reasonably believed that the person's actions were necessary to preserve the child from danger to his or her welfare.

3. The offense of child kidnapping is a class A felony."

If I were a betting man, I'd bet that he picked the child up from school on behalf of the mother, and the aunt filed charges against him for "kidnapping." But that's just a wild-assed guess, pulled directly from my 4th point of contact. It's as good as, if not better than anything the media has come up with so far, in their rush to judgement. When did that become the media's job?

(1) Note that this is what appears when I google using DuckDuckGo as my search engine. It does not appear in the article itself. I did remove the link.

Southwest Airlines Falsely Accuses Mom of Trafficking Biracial Daughter

It's happened with interracial couples and with parents of mixed-race or adopted children. Cindy McCain, wife of the late Sen. John McCain, infamously fabricated catching a child trafficker when she reported to police a woman traveling with a child who was "a different ethnicity" from her.

This situation isn't occurring in a vacuum. It comes amid a decadeslong moral panic about sex trafficking generally and child sex trafficking in particular. The panic has taken many forms, including the Department of Homeland Security encouraging War on Terror–style citizen surveillance campaigns ("if you see something, say something") to stop trafficking; states requiring airports to post human trafficking hotline numbers and awareness signs; and government-sponsored programs to train airline and airport staff to spot alleged signs of trafficking.

Most of the "signs" these people are trained to spot are nonsense—impossibly vague or broad. For instance, Airline Ambassadors International trains airline and airport staff (using a training program approved by Homeland Security) to keep an eye on "children, those who accompany them, and young women traveling alone" and people who seem "nervous." Training materials also tend to tell people to go with their gut instincts. Unsurprisingly, this leads to a lot of racial profiling, with ill-informed instincts about what a family "should" look like coming into play.

A cash bond is exactly that, if the bond is $15,000 cash, One has to post $15,000 cash. No bondsman can be involved.
My bestie friend lives in WV, hes been really stupid the last year or so, he was arrested last week and he got a $5,000 dollar cash bond.
I had to drive to Morgan Co, WV with cash to post his bond. I double dipped and hit a motorcycle bash just down the road in Little Orleans, MD.

So that's why you were going to be at Little Orleans. Couldn't figure out why you'd travel all the way from Indiana just to attend the motorcycle gathering. Did your bestie say if they serve good food at the Berkeley Springs jail?
