PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – Oct. 25, 2024–The Calvert County Department of Parks & Recreation advises citizens the Southern Community Center will be temporarily closed Saturday, Nov. 9 through Monday, Nov. 11, 2024, for annual floor maintenance. The community center will be open Friday, Nov. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Normal hours of operation will resume Tuesday, Nov. 12.
The Southern Community Center is located at 20 Appeal Lane in Lusby.
