All the way to orbit (124 miles vice the other guys 62) and back, and landing on a freaking barge about 170 feet by 300 feet. This video shows a lot of details

I'm not sure distance, altitude matters.. The last few miles.are all that really count..

Both landings are very impressive, target was same size.. And I'm sure the barge wasn't moving..

It matters in that the farther you go, the harder to achieve your return profile is, and of course a much taller vehicle aggravates your issues with stability. Barge wasn't travelling, but was moving upon the surface. Which the booster needed to deal with. Not taking away from Blue Origin, you are right, their achievement is impressive also. Both of these capabilities are important.

I was at 10,000 feet 6 miles west for the launch. Did not find out the landing was successful until I landed, I was hoping for success!
