Sure! And it "woked" just fine- peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic sautéed right up in the bottom of the wok, and the crushed 'maters and sauce, and herbs simmered nicely over low heat.
Pan fried some raviolis to go with, in a little butter and olive oil- don't boil 'em, try this too.
