Spam...

How are people dealing with spam these days?

I've noticed a few people I e mail to that the first e mail to them bounces back and you have to sign up with them.

Does this work? Any better ideas? Comments?

My filters do a good job. I don't give my home email to anyone but friends and family. I use yahoo/gmail etc. for everything else.

yea, two email addresses do the trick. my main one for family, friends, bills, etc. the i have my secondary email to sign up for stupid things.

Usually I fry it up in a skillet with some butter ... than Maple Syrup for flavoring with the Pancakes .........

I use MailWasher Pro to handle my SPAM. I set a number of organizations to flag SPAM (within MailWasher). All I do is open MailWasher, it checks my mail and displays all mail (included those with Virus, etc. attachments - flagged). I then can check off the one's I don't want to download (if they aren't flagged already), add mail to my favorites, etc. So, nothing ever reaches my computer until I say ok.
