How do you like your steak cooked?

I eat mine extremely rare, it can kinda gross people out who are eating with us but if they say anything I just punch them in the neck.

I got a few buddies who literally tell the server to sear it for a few seconds on each side and serve it. Its not even red in the middle, its purple.

Some restaurants won't let you get rare steaks anymore.

And I do not eat at said establishments. Most places are particular about how they cook their ground beef but could care less about the steaks.

Well done here, no pink for me :barf: If it is done by a good cook it is still delicious and tender. Asahi can cook an excellent well done Mignon. I have also had very good well done steak from the Outback. Now who's gonna come and get me and take me out for a steak? :tap:

I like mine extremely rare as well.

However, I usually order mine medium, because Mrs. Toxick gets physically disgusted when I eat food looks like it was breathing 30 seconds before it went on my plate.

I don't think I'll be punching her in the neck any time soon.

Oh I agree I would never punch my wife in the neck, I was actually referring to my parents.

As rare as I can make it because restaurants can't cook it as rare as I like it. I usually slice small slivers of beef off before I warm it. I love cold, small hunks of raw hamburger meat.

I rarely get a steak while dining out :duh: :lmao:
