very well done.
I like the burnt edges on it.
no pink.
not even a trace of pink.

I dont want a good vet to be able to bring the thing back to life once its on my plate.

Speaking of steaks...

I rummaged around the freezer tonight and found a Ribeye already seasoned with Canadian Steak seasoning. Cooked it to a perfect medium rare and served it with a baked red potato and green beans. :yum:

Life is good. :urp:

Trust me... if you eat your well done steak with big ole puddle of A-1 while sitting across from Mainman, you will get an onion ring...:lol:
