Power with Control
This AM, about 1030 am on Willows right at the church, was older, and was wearing a red collar. Another couple joined us in trying to get him to come see us. Didnt look emaciated, but looked to have been on his own for a while, given the dirty matted condition of his coated. Seemed like he might be friendly, but was skittish. HE ran through the traffic a few times, close to getting hit.
Might belong to one of the homeless folks who live in the woods there, no way to tell, he appeared to be playing chase with a dalmatian that was a bit unkempt himself, but no where near as raggedly as the spaniel. If anyone here can cross post this over to the FB page for those folks, I would appreciate it, might get word to a family looking, even if we didnt get close enough to get any info off the tag.
