The sun will never rise as late as 0900 if we stick with permanent daylight time in the MD/VA/DC area.

I think there are pluses and minuses to both, so they can either change it or keep it no sweat off me.

I do like more afternoon daylight because when it gets dark at 5pm my body clock gets out of whack and wants to hit the hay at 7pm.

Like what? I don't work a traditional 9-5 in an office, so I can't relate to time (or days of the week or holidays or sick days).
