I live there. It's not terrible, but we are definitely looking to upgrade ASAP. If you can afford somewhere better, do so. During the last 3 years we've only had a problem once, but we've been blessed w/ decent neighbors. We'd like to move before any of them do, since it's such a crap shoot whether you'll get decent people to replace the ones that move out.
