I heard a rumor that there used to be an old farmhouse in the area that Spyglass Apartments currently resides at near Gate 3.

Is there anyone who knows the exact history.

If there was, it was gone by the late 70's, and Spyglass was not built until 1985?? There was however (in that same time line) the remains of an old house approx. 3/4 mile south of there right on the bay. That house was accessed from the dirt road directly beside Long Lane

I used to play back on the old foundation and dig for old bottles in the old stables back there when I was a kid.
